Welcome to Authoritie (“we,” “our,” “us”). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use Authoritie.

1. Overview

Authoritie is a subscription-based, do-it-yourself advertising platform designed for small business owners, creators, coaches, and service providers to launch and manage paid ads on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) without the need for an agency.

These Terms govern your use of the Authoritie platform (“Services”), located at app.authoritie.io, and our website at authoritie.io.

2. Eligibility

To use Authoritie, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be the Admin of your business’s Facebook Page and Instagram Account.
  • Be the Admin of your Meta Business Manager (if applicable).
  • Have the authority to bind your business to these Terms.

You cannot create an Authoritie account until you have admin access to all required accounts.

3. Third-Party Cookies

We may allow third-party services (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta APIs) to place cookies on your device to help us analyze traffic and deliver relevant ads. These third parties have their own privacy policies governing their cookie usage.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to share your account credentials with others or allow non-authorized parties to access your account.

4. Subscription, Billing & Refunds

Authoritie is offered on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the subscription amount at the stated billing frequency (monthly or annually).

  • All subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We do not offer free trials, as running ads requires time for results to develop. We aim to ensure users have a complete and fair experience without the pressure of short trial windows.
  • If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your paid term. No partial refunds will be given.
  • Lifetime pricing offers are valid only for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

Ad Balance Deposits

  • Ad Balance Deposits: All deposits made into your Authoritie account are fully refundable.
  • Use of Funds: Deposited funds may only be used to purchase advertising services through the Authoritie platform. Funds cannot be transferred to other accounts, exchanged for cash, or credited back to your payment method.
  • Account Cancellation: If you cancel your Authoritie account, any remaining balance will remain accessible if you return to the platform. Unused funds will not be refunded upon cancellation.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You agree to use Authoritie only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, Meta’s advertising policies, and these Terms.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

  • Any illegal products, services, or activities
  • Pornography or sexually explicit material
  • Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Content promoting violence, self-harm, or dangerous organizations
  • Fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive advertising
  • Violation of Meta’s Advertising Policies or Community Standards

Our Rights:

We may review, reject, suspend, or remove any ad, campaign, or content that violates these rules. In severe or repeated cases, we may terminate your account without refund.

6. Your Content & Our Platform

  • Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you upload or create within Authoritie. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of delivering our services.
  • Our Technology: All software, designs, features, and functionality of Authoritie remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell our platform without our written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Authoritie connects with Meta’s official APIs to run your ads. We do not control Meta’s platforms, policies, or performance. Any changes to Meta’s systems may affect your campaigns, and we are not liable for such changes.

8. Disclaimers

We make no guarantee of specific results. Advertising performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including your creative assets, targeting choices, market conditions, and platform algorithm changes.

Authoritie is not responsible for:

  • Ad performance outcomes
  • Suspensions or restrictions placed on your Meta accounts
  • Meta service outages or policy changes
  • Third-Party service outages or policy changes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Authoritie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or misuse the platform. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
