- Go to your Facebook Page, click the avatar in the top right and switch to the page profile by clicking your page icon in the dropdown.
- Underneath the page profile picture, click “Settings & Privacy” and then click “Settings”.
- On the left hand menu, click “Page Setup“.
- Click “Page Access”
- Click “Add New” next to “People with Facebook access”.
- Enter the person’s name or Facebook email and click “Next“.
- Choose their access level as “Full control“, and click “Give Access“. You will be prompted to enter your password to confirm.
Once these permissions are in place, you’re good to go. Most business owners already have full access to their Facebook Page and Instagram account—so this step usually takes just a minute or two.
